The Sandoval Economic Alliance (SEA) is a private, not-for-profit economic development corporation established to strengthen and diversify the economic base of Rio Rancho and Sandoval County, New Mexico.
The SEA provides a broad range of free and confidential services to business and industry considering new locations for expansion, relocation, or consolidation. Corporation services include identifying available sites and facilities, accessing applicable local and statewide business support and incentive programs, and evaluating critical site location factors. The SEA also assists existing Sandoval County and Rio Rancho companies through its Retention and Expansion program.
The SEA was formed in 2014 out of the former Rio Rancho Economic Development Corporation with an increased mission and scope to address multiple factor of production, including land/building inventory, workforce development, entrepreneurship, and other key elements to support economic development. The SEA is funded by the City of Rio Rancho, Sandoval County, and the private sector business community.
The mission of the SEA is to “Establish a Vibrant and Competitive Economy” to improve our quality of life in Sandoval County, New Mexico.
